The substantial entrance hall leads to a large well-appointed living room with stone fireplace, recessed lighting and solid oak flooring.

The kitchen and dining area is open plan. The oak fitted kitchen comes with all appliances including a large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a regular oven as well as a separate laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Tiled worktops and floor lead to the dining area with oak floor and French doors to the outside terrace and pool area.

The first floor comprises of three well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, of which one  is ensuite. The large main bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower.

Both main bedrooms have French doors leading to a superb large private balcony area, facing the sea.

The garden is centred around the beautiful infinity swimming pool with separate jacuzzi. The rest of the garden is landscaped and includes substantial grassed areas as well as paved areas around the pool and house. The large terrace area is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing and watching the sun disappear over the ocean in the evenings.

Cabana: This super separate guest house offers separate accommodation for guests, complete with its own downstairs kitchen/dining area and a bathroom with shower. It also has access to a private terrace from the dining area.

There is secure shaded parking with automatic gates and intercom system.

The gardens have numerous attractive shrubs and trees including fruit trees.
